📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Not damaged by the customer
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products
- Items damaged due to misuse
🔄 Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item back
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order may need to go through the return process.
